Business process improvement

Work keeps getting stuck between people, and nobody can say exactly where.

We map how work actually moves through your company, find where it stalls, and rebuild the steps that cost you time and margin.

Most operational problems are not effort problems. They are handoff problems. We document your current workflows end to end, measure where work waits, and redesign the sequence so capacity goes to the work that earns.

What you receive

  • Current-state process map for each core workflow
  • Bottleneck and rework analysis with time costs attached
  • Redesigned standard operating procedures your team will actually use
  • Implementation sequence with owners and dates

Strategic planning

Everyone is busy, but you are not sure the work is pointed at the same goal.

A written plan with priorities, owners, and dates — not a deck that gets filed after the offsite.

We work with ownership and leadership to set a direction the business can execute against: where growth comes from, what gets funded, what gets stopped, and how progress is measured quarter by quarter.

What you receive

  • Growth opportunity assessment across service lines and markets
  • Twelve-month operating plan with quarterly milestones
  • Scorecard of the few numbers leadership reviews weekly
  • Quarterly review cadence to keep the plan live

Organizational development

Every decision still runs through you, and the team waits on it.

Structure the company so responsibility is clear and decisions stop routing through the owner.

As companies grow past the founder's direct reach, unclear ownership becomes the constraint. We define roles, decision rights, and reporting structure so the business can add people without adding confusion.

What you receive

  • Role and responsibility definitions across the org
  • Decision-rights matrix for recurring decisions
  • Reporting structure built for the next stage, not the last one
  • Hiring sequence tied to capacity triggers

Leadership coaching

Your managers were promoted for being good at the job, not at managing.

Direct, recurring work with owners and managers on the decisions in front of them.

Coaching is scheduled and practical. We work through live problems — a difficult hire, a stalled team, a pricing decision — and build the judgment to handle the next one without us.

What you receive

  • Recurring one-on-one sessions with owners or managers
  • Management practices for delegation and accountability
  • Difficult-conversation frameworks with real scripts
  • Between-session support on live decisions

Team workshops and development

You have explained the new way three times and it still has not stuck.

Working sessions that leave your team with a documented process and assigned tasks, not notes.

We run structured workshops with the people who do the work. Every session ends with a written process, named owners, and a task list with due dates — so the change survives the week it was introduced.

What you receive

  • Facilitated working sessions with the team, on site or remote
  • Documented process produced during the session
  • Assigned task list with owners and due dates
  • Follow-up session to verify adoption

Scaling strategy

You want more volume, but you suspect it will break something.

Add volume, locations, or headcount without the quality and margin problems that usually come with it.

Growth exposes whatever is already fragile. We stress-test your operating model against the volume you are targeting, then close the gaps in staffing, systems, and pricing before you take it on.

What you receive

  • Capacity model against your growth target
  • Systems and staffing gap analysis
  • Pricing and margin review at projected volume
  • Phased rollout plan with go/no-go checkpoints

For your team

Workshops that end with assigned tasks.

We run working sessions with the employees who do the work, not just the leadership above them. Every workshop produces a documented process and a task list with named owners and due dates — so your team leaves knowing exactly what changes on Monday, and scaling becomes a set of steps to follow rather than a directive to absorb.

Common questions

Before you book.

What size company do you work with?

Small and medium-sized businesses, typically from a handful of employees up to a few hundred. The common thread is a company that has grown past what informal process can support and needs structure to keep going.

Do you work with individuals or startups pre-revenue?

No. We work strictly business-to-business, with established companies that have employees and operating revenue. That focus is what lets us go deep on operational and organizational problems.

How long is a typical engagement?

Discovery through strategy runs about four weeks. Implementation support depends on scope — some clients work with us for a defined quarter, others keep a recurring cadence through a growth phase.

Do you work on site or remotely?

Both. Discovery sessions and team workshops are often more effective in person. Ongoing coaching and check-ins usually run remotely. We will agree on the mix during discovery.

What do you need from our team?

Access and honesty. We need time with ownership, the managers running each function, and the people doing the work — plus a real look at your numbers. Engagements stall when the assessment is based on how things are supposed to work rather than how they do.

How do we start?

Book a consultation. It is a straightforward conversation about your business, what is not working, and whether we are the right fit. If we are not, we will say so.

Not sure which one you need?

That is what the consultation is for. We will look at how the business runs and tell you where the work should start.
